Factory & Workshop

JBRplas operates from a 10,000 m² facility in Shenzhen, Guangdong, with 150+ employees, 25 engineers, and all manufacturing under one roof — mold making, injection molding, and assembly.

Mold Toolroom

Our in-house toolroom is where every injection mold is built, from single-cavity prototypes to high-cavitation production tooling. Equipment includes 12 CNC machining centers, 6 EDM sinkers, 4 wire-cut EDM machines, and 4 surface grinders — all operated by experienced toolmakers averaging 12+ years in the trade.

Injection Molding Floor

30+ servo-hydraulic injection presses from 60T to 500T, with automated part removal on 80% of presses. We process 500+ resin grades including engineering thermoplastics (ABS, PC, PA66, POM, PBT-GF30), high-temperature resins (PEEK), and medical-grade materials.

Quality & Inspection Lab

Our quality lab is equipped with CMM coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss / Hexagon, ±0.002mm), optical comparators, surface roughness testers, hardness testers, and spectrophotometers — all calibrated on schedule with certificates traceable to national standards.

Engineering & Design

Every project at JBRplas starts with our engineering team — not the shop floor. We run a documented DFM review and Moldflow simulation (fill, warp, cooling analysis) before any steel is cut. The team works in SolidWorks, UG NX, and Pro/E, and supports STEP, IGES, and all common CAD formats.

Assembly & Finishing

Post-molding services include manual and semi-automated assembly, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, pad printing, screen printing, spray painting, chrome plating, laser engraving, and custom packaging — all in-house. No third-party suppliers. No quality gaps.
