Mold Types

SPI A1 (diamond polish, Ra 0.012μm) through SPI D1 (dry blast, Ra 0.80μm). VDI 12–45 spark-erosion textures. Laser-etched custom textures. Full range achievable in-house.

Mold design in SolidWorks and UG NX. Moldflow simulation (fill, warp, cooling) on every project. Free DFM report with every quotation. Accept STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, UG NX, Pro/E file formats.
