JBRplas designed and manufactured a single-cavity injection mold for a retail POS monitor support bracket — 80×245×30mm PC+ABS structural housing at 65g with a long-span geometry requiring flatness control across the 245mm axis, integrated mounting interfaces, and cosmetic exterior surface for a cash register display stand application.

JBRplas performed DFM thermal analysis on a retail POS receipt printer bracket — 121×127×62mm PC+20%GF at 80g — identifying 2.5→1.0mm wall thickness variation causing warpage risk, then optimized three faces through targeted material reduction, applied 3° shut-off draft at four locations, and delivered a three-plate cold-runner pin-gate mold at 160T with flash control ≤0.5mm.

JBRplas manufactured a two-plate injection mold for a retail cash register monitor bottom housing — 290×190×38mm ABS+PC structural chassis at 180g with integrated snap-fit zones, 0.9mm grid-rib reinforcement, and painted exterior surface for a point-of-sale display application.
