JBRplas is a Shenzhen-based plastic injection molding manufacturer with over 30 years of production experience. We operate 30+ injection presses (50–1,200 tons), 12 CNC machining centers, and an in-house toolroom under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified quality systems.
We process over 500 engineering resins — ABS, PC, PA66, POM, PEEK, TPU, and glass-filled compounds — with full material traceability, CMM inspection, and PPAP documentation. JBRplas performed DFM thermal analysis on a retail POS receipt printer bracket — 121×127×62mm PC+20%GF at 80g — identifying 2.5→1.0mm wall thickness variation causing warpage risk, then optimized three faces through targeted material reduction, applied 3° shut-off draft at four locations, and delivered a three-plate cold-runner pin-gate mold at 160T with flash control ≤0.5mm.
JBRplas manufactured a two-plate injection mold for a retail cash register monitor bottom housing — 290×190×38mm ABS+PC structural chassis at 180g with integrated snap-fit zones, 0.9mm grid-rib reinforcement, and painted exterior surface for a point-of-sale display application.
